Through a combination of counselling and clinical hypnotherapy, I offer a calm, confidential space where you can explore what’s holding you back - emotionally, mentally, or physically, and start moving towards meaningful, lasting change.
You might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, or a loss of direction. Or perhaps it’s something harder to name - a sense that things just don’t feel quite right. Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to do it alone.
My approach is always flexible and tailored to you. We’ll work at your pace, and together we’ll find techniques and strategies that feel right - whether that’s talking things through, working with the subconscious mind through hypnotherapy, or a creative mix of both.
